Stairs and Balcony for Sepulveda Family, Ensenada, PR

Sometimes we just need a little help from our friends to make a big change in life. Here’s an example!

The Sepulveda family needed better access to their home. We bought the materials in the local hardware store,  negotiated with a local Contractor (to only pay for the personnel’s professional hours to perform the job), and built up a balcony and a stairway. Here are the results! 

This family now has better access, after several earthquakes hit the Southwestern region of Puerto Rico in January 2020.
